WAM Summit to be held on Tennessee State University campus (3500 John A Merritt Blvd., Nashville, TN 37209)
Focus: Female engineering students desiring automotive and or motorsports careers.
Date: Sept. 24-26, 2026
Lodging & Transportation Information
- Cost: $50 local (no hotel needed) registration; $150 (includes $50 registration + $100 for hotel nights) (Sept. 24 & Sept. 25)
- Hotels are double occupancy (you will have a roommate assigned) for out-of-town students only.
- Please designate if only one-hotel night is needed. Fee remains $100.
- Hotel accommodations are at the Marriott Courtyard West End (1901 W. End Ave., Nashville, TN 37203
- Hotel will have rooming list upon your arrival to assign room
- Room costs do not include incidentals. You will have to provide a form of payment for any incidental charges
- There is no transportation provided from hotel to campus. Personal car or ride-share is recommended.
